1. What is Cosmic Mail Club?

Cosmic Mail Club is a monthly astronomy subscription that delivers a curated space experience to your mailbox. Each month, you will receive: a 5x7 deep sky astrophotography print, a personal letter, a celestial events calendar, and space-themed extras to your mailbox. 

Each month features a different nebula, galaxy, or star cluster captured through my telescope — making it a unique space lover gift and collectible cosmic art print subscription.

2. What comes in each monthly space subscription package?

Every Cosmic Mail Club delivery includes:

• A 5x7 premium deep sky astrophotography print (doubles as a postcard)

• A personal letter about the featured celestial object

• A monthly stargazing calendar with key astronomical events

• Five randomly selected space-themed stickers

• A birthday surprise during your birth month

This astronomy mail club is designed for people who love space art, science, and tangible mail.

3. When will I receive my first edition?

The monthly sign-up cutoff is the 20th of each month.

• Orders placed on or before the 20th receive the following month’s edition.

• Orders placed after the 20th receive the edition shipping the month after next.

Example:
- If you subscribe on April 18th, your first delivery will be the May edition.
- If you subscribe on April 30th, your first delivery will be the June edition.

Cosmic Mail Club ships once per month, typically during the last week of the month.

4. When do recurring payments occur?

All monthly subscription payments renew automatically on the 1st of each month.

For example:

• If you subscribe on April 30th, your first edition will be the June edition.

• Your next recurring payment will process on June 1st.

Because of the monthly cutoff system, there may be a gap between your initial payment and your first renewal. Rest assured, each payment corresponds to a unique monthly cosmic print edition. Your first charge reserves your upcoming edition, and your next charge reflects the following month’s shipment. This can sometimes make it feel like two close charges, but each corresponds to a different month.

You can manage or cancel your astronomy subscription anytime before the next billing cycle through your customer portal.

5. When do you ship?

Cosmic Mail Club ships once per month, usually during the last week of the month.

You will receive a fulfillment confirmation email when your astronomy print subscription has been mailed.

6. Does shipping include tracking?

To keep this monthly space subscription affordable, packages are shipped using stamped mail and do not include tracking.

For Canadian orders, please allow 7–10 business days after shipment for delivery. If your order hasn’t arrived after that window, please reach out and I’ll gladly help.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international shipping is available. Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery depending on your location.

9. How does the birthday surprise work?

When you subscribe to the Cosmic Mail Club, you can provide your birth month. During that month, you’ll receive a special surprise included with your astronomy art print delivery.

10. Are the astrophotography prints original?

Yes. Every image featured in this astrophotography subscription mail bundle is photographed by me using my own telescope and equipment. These are real deep sky objects captured from Earth.

11. Can I cancel my monthly astronomy subscription?

Yes. You can pause or cancel your monthly space subscription at any time before the next billing date (the 1st of the month). If you need assistance, just reach out.

12. Does my purchase support any initiatives?

Yes. 10% of every Cosmic Print Press order directly funds astronomy outreach through Starlight in Motion — an independent program that brings telescope experiences to schools, camps, and communities. Your support helps cover equipment, travel, and educational sessions, allowing more people to experience the night sky firsthand.
