Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Cosmic Print Press. Below you’ll find important information about processing times and delivery.

Processing Time

All art prints are printed on demand. Please allow 7–9 business days for your order to be printed and shipped. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email.

Shipping Times

Canada (Domestic Orders)
Orders ship via Canada Post Lettermail and typically arrive within 4–5 business days after shipping.

International Orders
Please allow up to 21 business days for delivery after your order has shipped.

Print Club Shipment Dates

All Print Club orders placed within each month’s sign-up period ship late that month, typically between the 22nd–26th. Please visit the mail club page to see this month’s exact ship date. You will receive an email when your print is on its way.

After receiving your fulfillment email, please allow:

• Up to 7 business days for Canadian orders

• Up to 21 business days for international orders

Tracking

To keep Cosmic Mail Club memberships affordable, prints are mailed using standard postage. Because of this, Cosmic Mail Club orders do not include tracking.
