Each print is made to order and produced specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Monthly Mail Club Subscriptions

If you are subscribed to the Cosmic Print Press Monthly Mail Club, your subscription renews automatically according to the billing cycle selected at checkout.

You may cancel or manage your subscription at any time by:

- Logging into your customer account, or

- Contacting me at cosmicprintpress@gmail.com

Cancellation requests must be submitted before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me at cosmicprintpress@gmail.com with:

- Your name

- Your order number

- A clear photo of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and make it right.
